She is the oldest of 23 children. Her father is King Mswati III. Swaziland is Africa’s last absolute monarch.

In 2001, Mswati III instituted the umchwasho – a traditional chastity rite – in Swaziland as a means of combatting the AIDS epidemic. The princess became a focus of controversy as, while she was staying abroad, she was not bound by the strictures of the umchwasho. While studying abroad, Princess Sikhanyiso has developed a reputation for ignoring or rebelling against her native country’s traditions. Sikhanyiso wears Western-style clothing something women in Swaziland are discouraged from doingThe Princess also criticized the institution of polygamy in Swaziland, saying “Polygamy brings all advantages in a relationship to men, and this to me is unfair and evil”.

Right now the Princess is in Australia working a masters degree at Sydney University.

But no that isn’t what no one cares about. You care about the “bitterness” that she harbored toward Beyonce. When Kelly clearly states that because she was in that abusive relationship, the man she was with was telling her she will never be good enough like Beyonce is. She distanced herself from her sister, Beyonce, and her other family and friends. This is a woman, a strong African-American woman, who in the media, has always been seen as the down-to-earth-and-no-drama kind of artist, and after YEARS of silence, she comes and opens up with this, and all people can talk about is her “Jealously of Beyonce” but not about the fact that a man PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, VERBALLY AND EMOTIONALLY scarred this woman.

Kelly Rowland dealing with this, allowing us, simple people who don’t know her life, to step inside her shoes and try and understand her a bit more better. Respect that, respect her, and acknowledge this isn’t a Beyonce Vs. Kelly thing. That song was bigger than that. It was about Kelly talking about a traumatic experience that could of ended an amazing friendship between Beyonce and her.
